Welcome to the Rotary Villa Complex — a friendly, well-established community in the heart of beautiful Nakusp, British Columbia. Nestled on the shores of Arrow Lakes and just minutes from the relaxing Nakusp Hot Springs, our location combines small-town charm with breathtaking natural surroundings.
Spread across five thoughtfully designed phases (built between 1971 and 2021), the complex occupies a quiet block close to shops, services, and medical care. Within a short walk, you’ll find grocery stores, retail shops, a library, post office, banks, the Legion Hall, a movie theatre, and a recreation complex, along with restaurants to suit every taste. Health services, including doctor and dental offices, a pharmacy, and the Arrow Lakes Hospital, are also nearby.
Right across the street, the Seniors’ Centre, operated by the Nakusp Seniors Society, Branch 71, offers a full calendar of programs and social events making it easy to stay active, connected, and engaged.
Arrowtarian Senior Citizens Society offers 52-independent living units for seniors 55+.
Phase I , II & III apartments are designated for low-income seniors.
Phase IV & V welcome low to moderate-income seniors.
All applicants are means-tested to establish eligibility.
